Excellent website and easy to navigate. I needed replacement screens for my French pres-easy peasy. Fast shipping, too. Thank you!

Never got the item	Tuesday, August 4, 2026

For some reason the item I ordered was sent to an address I lived in several years ago. I have no idea how that address got into the order. Consequently, I never received the order I paid for.

I was charged over 100% of shipping costs	Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Reviewer: JOE BARTONE from VALLEY GLEN, CA United States

I received the order and I am pleased to have the parts.
I will say you charged me over 100% more than the actually postage.
You charged me $12 for a $5.52 shipping charge.
I understand their is handling involved, but at $7 a part - for something that is arguably only pennies to make - it seems you are double dipping here.
i hope you can rectify this
Cheers
Joe
