Never got the item Tuesday, August 4, 2026 Reviewer: Antonio Cutolo from Kansas City, MO United States   For some reason the item I ordered was sent to an address I lived in several years ago. I have no idea how that address got into the order. Consequently, I never received the order I paid for. Was this review helpful to you?

I was charged over 100% of shipping costs Tuesday, February 17, 2026 Reviewer: JOE BARTONE from VALLEY GLEN, CA United States   I received the order and I am pleased to have the parts. I will say you charged me over 100% more than the actually postage. You charged me $12 for a $5.52 shipping charge. I understand their is handling involved, but at $7 a part - for something that is arguably only pennies to make - it seems you are double dipping here. i hope you can rectify this Cheers Joe Was this review helpful to you?

Perfect Replacement Parts! Tuesday, June 10, 2025 Reviewer: Jim C from Westwood, MA United States   I was in need of new filters for my frieling coffee press.  After looking on that giant online shopping site (which will go unnamed), I decided it was best to go directly to the manufacturer's site.  Besides being happy about directly supporting the manufacturer, I was thrilled to find the exact replacements for my press and had no concerns about getting some inferior quality knock-off.  The filters were a perfect fit and of the same, high quality materials and craftmanship.  Don't waste your time and money on cheap replacements for your high-end coffee press, get it here the first time. French Press Replacement Screens Saturday, February 8, 2025 Reviewer: Lorinda from United States   As always, exceptional service from order to delivery of product.  We've owned Frieling insulated French presses (two different sizes) for almost thirty years already. The fact that we have to order replacement screens shows how much we love and use our French presses. Grateful that we can order replacement parts. Hope this company is around for a very long time.
