Slow In Receiving The Order - USPS	August 24, 2024

Customer service was quite good in responding to my order status inquiry. Also, I was provided a USPS tracking # for the asking. My only major gripe was slower delayed USPS shipping and receiving it. Count on one week from ordering to receiving the package. That said, I did order on a Sunday which wouldn't be processed by Frieling until the next business day.

Frieling sent me the filters for my French press promptly. The French press is great. I have been using it for a year or so.

I ordered several replacement screens for my Frieling French Press, which I have had for over 4 years. The ordering and shipping process was easy, and I received the screens in less than a week. It took less than a minute to replace, and has made a difference. No more loose grounds in my coffee.
