As always, exceptional service from order to delivery of product. We've owned Frieling insulated French presses (two different sizes) for almost thirty years already. The fact that we have to order replacement screens shows how much we love and use our French presses. Grateful that we can order replacement parts. Hope this company is around for a very long time.
