Frieling is the best but color slightly disappoint	May 1, 2026

Color "blue" not the same in person. Trying to decide if I should send back and get the regular silver. I loved the picture of what looks like a caribbean blue. In person it's more of a dark jade. If you look closely at the pictures they provide - the second or third one of someone using it - where it looks darker, that's more accurate of the actual color. I tried to get a pic to share, but it shows up in the photo way more blue than it is to the eye - so I understand why it looks that way in their picture now. But overall really can't go wrong with the Frieling press pot, I had the regular silver one for years and it's better than any other one I've used.

THE PAINT CHIPS OFF	September 2, 2024

I bougt the beautiful blue version a year ago. The paint has chipped on the bottom. I have always hand washed it. This is shameful especially at this price point. I have a picture to prove this. And I posted this to Amazon. Beware.

This French press coffee pot is not only solid and heavy but really keeps your coffee hot longer. Our daughter gifted us the royal blue one which is even lovelier in person!
