I am a well skilled and experienced chef. I should be able to recognize a scam and not fall for it at my age, but apparently not. Titanium is all the rage and most of us don't want to ingest PFAS, so we seek out alternatives. There may be specific circumstances in a lab environment that these pans perform as non-stick. In the real world that is a fantasy. I am quite sure that nearly 100% of everyday users do not have the time, patience, or skill to replicate those conditions resulting in the non-stick myth. Having purchased my pan in good faith with a reasonable expectation of performance as advertised that was not delivered, I now own it. Frieling considers my experience as a "trial period" not subject to warranty. In view of their overall customer service, I will never purchase any of their products.

I fried eggs in the pan. They got stuck to the bottom. Also very difficult to clean . Will return the item  and i expect a full refund.. The instructions were followed to the letter including the type of oil.
