Buyer... Beware!!! warped frying pan |

I purchased an 11 inch Black Cube stainless steel frying pan for 69.95. After using this pan for approximately 2 months, only on occasion (not every day use), the pan became warped and would no longer sit flat on the electric stovetop. My stove is new. I followed all of the care instructions to the letter, so there was no obvious reason as to why this happened. Since there is a warranty on the product, I contacted the Frieling company via telephone and had to leave a message. I received no response. I then sent the company an e-mail, again, no response. After a few weeks, I e-mailed them again, and again... no response. I do not recommend this product as the company does not adhere to their warranty, nor do they respond to customer contacts. Very disappointed. Will never again purchase anything from them. Buyer... beware!!
