"Vintage" Bread Slicer, Manual: A beloved essential in many German households, this manual bread slicer is a game-changer you’ll never want to be without. It delivers cleaner, faster, safer, and more consistent cuts than any traditional kitchen knife.

Whether you bake your own artisan sourdough or prefer to purchase whole loaves, this slicer offers unparalleled precision. Home bakers will especially appreciate its ability to create uniform slices that honor the integrity of their handcrafted bread. For those weary of pre-sliced store-bought loaves—often too thin, too thick, or stale by the final third—this tool offers the perfect solution: slice only what you need, when you need it, and preserve the freshness of the remaining loaf. The “Vintage” slicer provides full control over every slice.

While its timeless aesthetic evokes a vintage look, its performance is anything but old-fashioned. Behind the elegant exterior lies the precision and reliability of premium German engineering at its finest.

Features
  • Serrated stainless steel blade crafted in Solingen, Germany, remains sharp for years to come

5 of 5 No more sliced fingers May 1, 2026
Reviewer: BoxerDog
For years I have struggled with slicing my crusty Sour Dough bread. I own so many bread knives attempting to find just the one that worked without cutting off my fingers. My slices were ragged, messy and so disappointing. All I ever wanted was a good bread slicer and YREKA this is it. No need for cut proof gloves to achieve uniform slices every time. I've only had it a few days and I am making bread like a madwoman just to use it.
I looked at the lesser priced models but went with the made in Germany model. It is wicked shape and did not disappoint. Wish I had known of this years ago.
