Great product and service January 16, 2024 Reviewer: Sarah Korwan from Charleston, WV United States   We were so pleased to find a replacement part (plunger) for our French press coffee maker, which we have used daily for at least ten years! Fantastic product, fantastic service March 30, 2022 Reviewer: Mark Melnick from New York, NY United States   I have owned a Frieling 36oz French press coffee maker for close to a decade, and it gets used at least once a day, every day. One of the reasons I purchased it is because Frieling sells an array of replacement parts. I'm sure it would be to their advantage financially to not do so, forcing the customer to re-purchase the entire thing every time some small part needed replaced. Kudos to them for choosing the more sustainable policy. (And, for the record, it's a fantastic product overall, which I hope to be using for a decade more ... ) Was this review helpful to you?

Great replacement, came speedily February 6, 2022 Reviewer: French Press Coffee fan from Seattle, WA United States   The replacement plunger came quickly. I had hoped to only order the cross piece but looks like Frieling was affected by supply chain issues. Shipping is pricey! Was this review helpful to you?
