upgrade for 20 year old press January 19, 2025 Reviewer: Mark Maisel from Dunwoody, GA United States   When I encountered this kit while looking for a new sediment filter, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size.  The customer service folks were fantastic and helped me without hesitation.  I returned it and ordered the correct one which arrived in a timely fashion.  Entirely pleased with the kit and continue to enjoy the coffee brewed each morning in this great press. Great coffee press September 18, 2024 Reviewer: Anne Marie from MA United States   I’ve had my coffee press for over 15 years and use it daily. I was so happy I was able to purchase then replacement screen for the plunger. It’s a little pricey, but makes the best coffee I have ever had and it has replaceable parts. And the order came way faster than I expected. I likely won’t ever need to replace this work-horse of a coffee press, but I would absolutely refer a friend or purchase for another coffee lover. Still going strong! January 10, 2023 Reviewer: J D from Gadsden, AL United States   We use our French press religiously and have for years. But it was time to replace the filter screens. They were out of stock for some time but as soon as they came back we ordered two, just in case. Our press is now back to New and we expect it to last for a long time to come!
