The fact that we have to order replacement screens shows how much we love and use our French presses. Grateful that we can order replacement parts. Hope this company is around for a very long time. Slow In Receiving The Order - USPS August 24, 2024 Reviewer: Harlan from Brookfield, WI United States   Customer service was quite good in responding to my order status inquiry. Also, I was provided a USPS tracking # for the asking. My only major gripe was slower delayed USPS shipping and receiving it. Count on one week from ordering to receiving the package. That said, I did order on a Sunday which wouldn't be processed by Frieling until the next business day. Was this review helpful to you?
