Too much of a good thing- February 27, 2024 Reviewer: Jennifer Harper from Brevard, NC United States   I deeply love my Frieling French Press and recommend it to everyone! Finally after 10 years of daily use the screen needed replacing. I am pleased with the quality of the new screens but I'm a little annoyed at having to find a reliable 10 year storage place for the extra I had  to buy to satisfy your 2 screen minimum purchase requirement. You offer a great product, don't force your customers to buy extras that are unnecessary! Was this review helpful to you?

Doesn’t fit old 23 oz January 12, 2024 Reviewer: Barbara B from Oakland, CA United States   I love my Frieling stainless steel French press. I bought it either 2017 or a couple of years earlier. Although it still works great, when I saw there are new mesh screens available, I bought 2 sets. I measured the capacity by pouring water into a measuring cup. It’s indeed 23oz But the larger of the set of 2 screens is too large. If I force it in, it allows lots of coffee grounds to escape around it. I inserted the smaller of the set with my old mesh screen, and it works ok. Was this review helpful to you?

Fast service, great product March 18, 2023 Reviewer: Robert G from ROSEVILLE, MN United States   We have owned a Frieling 103 press since 2011. We bought it both for everyday home use and for camping. After using it daily for 12 years, our filter screen started fraying a month ago, so we ordered two new ones last week. They arrived within a few days and in good shape. We love the styling of our press, the double-wall construction, and the fact that it's all stainless steel - no plastic at all. Puerto Rico doesn't exist, I guess.... November 22, 2022 Reviewer: Robert from Puerto Rico   Would be nice of you folks to do two things: 1.  Add replacement filters to your Amazon store. 2.  Ship free to Puerto Rico, just like the rest of the contiguous USA. Very disappointed in your support, since I spent a big chunk of change on this press. Quality product made for the long-haul.  Can't say the same for your filters.
