The bottom piece of the plunger appeared to be made incorrectly- so that the entire plunger didn’t sit straight- it was on a slant and therefore didn’t work correctly. That said - customer service was great and is replacing it :/)

Invalid tracking number	June 25, 2023

The amount on my credit card statement is more than double the cost of the item, maybe there is some shipping in there somewhere. The item hasn't arrived yet and the tracking number I have is invalid. So I don't know if and when to expect it.
