I have owned my French press coffee maker for several years, and have needed to purchase replacement parts (screens and now a lid) a couple times. I like this pot very much, and I'm glad that I can order parts and receive them quickly and efficiently. The new parts arrived only four days after I ordered them, an excellent turnaround time.
