As always, exceptional service from order to delivery of product.  We've owned Frieling insulated French presses (two different sizes) for almost thirty years already. The fact that we have to order replacement screens shows how much we love and use our French presses. Grateful that we can order replacement parts. Hope this company is around for a very long time.

The replacement screens are not large enough. There is a lot of ground coffee that escapes through the sides and ends up in the brewed coffee. A generic replacement from Amazon was a perfect fit and fixed the issue.

The mesh filter on the press pot gets damaged over time so we ordered new ones and were surprised to find they are now two layered. Will they operate differently? We'll see. Good service, good products.
