When I encountered this kit while looking for a new sediment filter, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size.  The customer service folks were fantastic and helped me without hesitation.  I returned it and ordered the correct one which arrived in a timely fashion.  Entirely pleased with the kit and continue to enjoy the coffee brewed each morning in this great press.

I’ve had my coffee press for over 15 years and use it daily. I was so happy I was able to purchase then replacement screen for the plunger. It’s a little pricey, but makes the best coffee I have ever had and it has replaceable parts. And the order came way faster than I expected. I likely won’t ever need to replace this work-horse of a coffee press, but I would absolutely refer a friend or purchase for another coffee lover. Thanks!!
