We love our Frieling coffee press, which has served us daily for over 6 years. in 2021 we replaced the filter screen, which was starting to tear from constant use. Most recently we replaced the center stick because the knob on top had come loose/stripped. Both times, finding the replacement pieces on the Frieling website was super easy, very reasonably priced, and the items were shipped immediately and received in less than a week! Very happy!
