5.0 out of 5 stars Great quality! May 1, 2026 Reviewer: lwrcac   I got a 12 inch pan last year and loved it so much I bought the 11 inch one recently. These pans wash up beautifully and my favorite thing is the handle doesn’t get hot on my gas stove like other pans do. These are expensive but worth it. It’s nice to have it stainless, with safe nonstick under the fine grating design. I don’t like older Teflon that can flake in your food. This is a nice heavy bottomed pan that doesn’t warp. Coating around top edge will flaked off February 23, 2026 Reviewer: Stephen from K   Our 9.5" pan flaked off around the top. Not sure of impact when it ends up in your food. We were advised normal wear and tear by customer service. They stated  mine was an older version and they now don't apply the coating to the top edge which might mitigate some of the contamination I guess. Anyway we will pursue other options - not worth risking the contamination Was this review helpful to you?

Looks like million bucks but….. January 23, 2025 Reviewer: Al from Miami   I recently purchased a 1.5 qt sauce pan and a 12 inch or so skillet . The weight, feel of the handle and the cooking surface caught my eye.  Easier to clean the teflon .. ? Not for me . I find that the pan burns and scorches everything even at very low to medium heat.  I’ve tried bacon, pork chops and steaks  and find that even at low cooktop temps it burns everything and the clean up is tough one . Customer Service August 27, 2024 Reviewer: Niki from USA   I rarely write reviews, but this is definitely in order.  I have owned two Black Cube skillets for some years and loved their performance.  Recently I noticed chipping on the upper edge in the chevron design.  Within 8 days of contacting Frieling, I received two brand new pans in the mail.  They honored the warranty promptly & with no fanfare.  That is amazing customer service! 12.” Pan June 2, 2024 Reviewer: Karol Gugino from N/A   What am I missing . I purchased two of the pans and everything sticks to the bottom of the pan. Scrambled eggs, stuck to the bottom of the pan. 12.5 inch stainless nonstick fry pan April 18, 2024 Reviewer: Pamela R. from Stoneville, NC   After using a friend’s pan, I decided to purchase the 12.5 inch non stick fry pan too.  Food items cook perfectly and best of all the clean up was a breeze!  I have gone through plenty of non stick pans and I am hopeful this one is a keeper. Great tech, one ergonomic tweak December 2, 2021 Reviewer: Anselm from Pittsburgh, PA   Fantastic pots and pans. Nice even heating, super durable, and easy to clean. Everything you could want in cookware. I just have one small piece of feedback for the frieling team - the lids all include a nice easy to use vent feature, but the direction should be reversed. Twisting something counter clockwise is intuitively expected to open, while twisting clockwise is expected to close. These lids currently do the opposite. In a world of right-handed threads, it would be a simple fix to make these the perfect cookware. Thanks! Was this review helpful to you?

Cookware magic! January 3, 2021 Reviewer: Cindy Lawhon from Mt. Shasta, CA   I just used our new 11" fry pan for the first time for cooking sauted kale and a fried egg.  It cooked it all beautifully and is so easy to clean up.  I'm already thinking about getting another size!
