Easy to choose items, much harder to obtain them by regular mail. Frieling offers upgraded expensive shipping options but they are unable to get replacement parts to me with regular shipping. If these parts don't work for me I will review going back to double walled bodum.
They are unable to deliver product in a timely manner with regular shipping.
